You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

48-Hour Damage Claim

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.

6-Month Warranty

Our rugs are covered against selected manufacturing defects for 6 months.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must be in undamaged condition

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-size rugs are produced specifically for your order and can only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: shipping is covered by RugPlus
  • Other returns: shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
