48-Hour Damage Claim
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.
6-Month Warranty
Our rugs are covered against selected manufacturing defects for 6 months.

Return Conditions
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must be in undamaged condition
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-size rugs are produced specifically for your order and can only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: shipping is covered by RugPlus
- Other returns: shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
